High Performanc Unit - HPU

Its that time of the year where we bring back Mondays High Performance training which is available exclusively to SAP players only.

Its a great 1 hour training session that has been going for 7 years with High Performance training focuses on individual ball mastery, whereas SAP training is based on the FFA curriculum and is team based training. The 2 programs complement each other well.

High Performance training is always in high demand and we usually get up to three-quarters of the SAP players doing it. We do have limited spots this year.

Please note this is optional training and spots in SAP are not impacted on whether your son attends this training or not.

Start: Starting Monday 2nd March

When: Every Monday during school terms 1 and 2, excluding public and school holidays.

Venue: Seymour Shaw

U9/U10 4.15pm to 5.15pm and U10/U11 5.30pm to 6.30pm
